oops! you are having ANOTHER one of those nightmarish daydreams MLK...you need to wake up! You sound as though you are SCARED! or maybe just in your negative mood--had your coffee yet? hahahaha
From what I have read thus far, it appears that there will now be a full-time person handling the operations of day to day...one who is experienced in doing so, successfully...AND, there will be someone who is gov't savvy (probably still talks to people she used to work with and around--who ya gonna call? She will know without having to grope for an answer)....AND who is adept at doing the job--otherwise, why would she have been promoted in the passt?
So now we have people who KNOW what to do, know HOW to do it, and will probably 'show up' to get it done. What could be wrong with that?
FYI, as a woman, I can absolutely re-assure you, that the job will get done, properly,.....AND...I can also assure you that it will expand the company coffers because of it. :^D
AND, women in business, who have had responsibility, KNOW how to get a man to do what they want---they are not afraid!!!!
