PA and RB have never shown us any evidence that they are not smart operators. Plenty of evidence though that investors hardly touch their conciousness. Why should we expect them to change.

So we now know that huge business deals have been, and are, going on that will grow PBLS and grow the fortune of PA & co big time. That will eventually benefit us but only as a tertiary happening.

We have already gone from euphoria to nit pick in two days because things are not happening the way we expected in our almost total ignorance of what really goes into this deal and others in the works.

We all know that after we on the board have come to a consenus PBLS does something totally unexpected - they just did it again. I belive Paul's word of the week is "obfuscation".

To me it seems likely that PBLS will have a huge minimg business with PA and RB having a small share of it and new investors in the majority. PBLS will also have a big fuel business with similar structure. These two division we simply be run by professionals with PA and RB just taking a nice salary and bonuses with no work to do - is not that their goal?

So now the question is what will happen to make the aviation business into a big business. There are plenty of smaller struggling aerospace businesses that could be brought into group and a few well placed to be a big benefit to PBLS - what about a contract to take over the Mittal fleet of aircraft for all maintenance etc.

Lets not get too uptight, do some DD, and see what mid aug brings.

By the way there is a Murphy Sand and Gravel in Poughkeepsie NY and a huge amount of gravel business in Ireland (where the murphy races are held).
