Spence..it's really trivial...it's not about patents and technology ownership...that would sink us...the evans PR had much more info in it than CEOs release in a PR about a lawsuit...CEOs don't want to spook the market with more than they have to disclose unless they are loosing investor confidence...this is an assault on the investors of HISS to scare them away....
