By law the MM's are allowed to short into buying pressure to make a market in any security. <<I sent another e-mail to A-Turd this am to ask them WHY my account still shows the 95% segregated shrs that were supposed to be sent back to the company? I said your clients can draw 3 conclusions at this time. 1) The acct info has not been updated, 2) you will be sending the shrs whenever you feel like it, or 3) you're so short that you cannot legally send the shrs back. I will be contacting the approprate agencies concerning this matter.>> RTB
