The symptoms do not paint a picture of thriving health for the near future. If ND well is not a SERIOUS producer, then even if Mesa is of any real value, EDEX won't have the funds to even stay in the game long enough to realize any benefit from it. That being said, common sense would seem to dictate that if Mesa was even half of what it's been pumped up to be, people would be throwing money at it, rather than bailing out or sitting on the side lines waiting forever as EDEX crys about more delays. This time the claim is "cost over runs".
You would think with the claimed combined expertise of the EDEX Oil Tycoons, they would know that cost over runs should be planned for, especially considering all the extra time they had to raise money while the initial drilling was delayed repeatedly.
