Since he promised audited financials all the way up to the day they were due, can you give us any other REAL reason they were not delivered? After he failed to deliver them, he removed the evidence of the promises from his blog, didn't he?

Filing false financials through Edgar will get you stil fines and jail time. The false PRs are bad enough.
