I stopped taking the pills about a week ago because I wasn't getting any sleep. It will be three weeks this Thursday without a cig. I'm proud of myself for stopping.. Sure, I still want one from time to time. It passes. I'm on the edge more. Quick to get upset. Hopefully that will pass. Eating the hell out of sunflower seeds during the day. I don't think I could of gone this far without the wife.. She had been a trooper
