I suggested on the board the other day that what I think they will do with those open market buys is a preferred 4 will appear somewhere after they buy up those 750mm or so.... that series 4 will have the look and feel of the series 3... very much the same.... the reason for this is to protect their ( the groups ) investment in the same format to equal out the partnerships.... they will effectively become the major player and put people on the board and retire the current mom and pop management team with a nice payback and move forward with a uplist and completely different company... they will shed much of the old noncore assets to expand the core and in effect lower the sharecount without a terrible R/S , which in my thoughts is not even in the cards.... this company will expand their present core greatly with the steady income of the preferred 4 and all sides win... the common increases to uplist to a amex or better down the road and the preferred finally has the potential poison pill and dividends to reenvest.... how that will work is in the details , but I think the jist of the situation is in these areas.. all in my opinion.....
