I don't think that the company or business side of GZFX itself is a scam.....I do think that the "investment" side of GZFX is pretty much a SCAM at this point and has been for some time...

I fully and honestly believe (IMO) that much of the "consulting" fees were paid to JF's own consulting firm bilking hundreds of thousands of dollars from GZFX shareholders and from the company......although apparently legal, clearly clearly highly unethical!

The way in which JF "rented" the GZFX headquarters from his wife and paid rent in advance....essentially buying her her burger business is also more than unethical and leaves the shareholders of GZFX with little on the books in terms of tangible assets!

Much of the deal here is corrupt and crooked......and the un-ending dilution is just the tip of the ice-burg!
