BULLN... Then why has the SEC never answered me to the following question "Were all the shares sold in the open market"
A simple Yes or No would have been sufficient. But no they choose to reply over and over again "No comment"
Pat Clem, same thing.
But I know what you will say, they don't have to answer that question. On the other hand there is nothing that keeps them from telling me either is there?
YES or NO. Simple answer and they have their peace and quite again from me and all those other longs that have been bugging them in an attempt to find out the truth.
I'm not blind. I don't say for a fact that there is a huge short, not saying the company did not sell into the open market. I just want to know the truth. Thus far, the truth is not available for the general public.
WHY?
Tell me one thing. How come we saw a 1.8 BB day just after january. It makes no sense to sell at 0.0001 just in the new year. Tax season is gone, longs have lost it all, so why would they wait until the beginning of next year to sell?
WHY?
If this is a scam, why did they not BK the whole thing and dissappear? They could have taken their money and go to the bahama's. Instead they are putting out a PR.
WHY?
