I assumed as much, it's great the work that
you do here...I'm a TRUE believer of being
a file reader...that's why I avoid those
pinkies that do not file at all. Those
filings can tell quite a tale...as a matter
of fact, I don't even have to READ the files
of some of these companies. If I pull up
the filings page and see a LONG list of s-8's
I just move along.
I wish SOMEONE could tell me what a REDUX filing
is...and those "paper" filings are confusing too.
What's the point of filing something with the
SEC if they won't let you READ IT !!!
Those REDUX filings are like a black hole...often,
when you see that in a Filing list, it's followed
by years of...nothing.
