first, thank you for this significant and meaningful post.

I totally agree with you. I absolutely have no experiences in retail-business. I can tell you a lot of transportations and logistics but nothing about retail-business.

Doing a DD for your own is possible here and what i reasearched until yet sounds very very nice but i can't see behind the closed doors as anyone that is in this buisness.
