You all are saying that RA was denied by Judge Gerald Lynch.
Do we now sell our stock in USXP and take our loses. Is their any reason why we should still stay with this prick. RA does not have money to pay fines so i guess bankruptcy and a receiver are coming soon. Whats the point of holding on to this stock?
