JSC, the reason the share price is down is because the company has announced a massive, massive dilution of shares. It is that simple. In effect, they have announced approximately a 35% percent potential dilution to CB in shares, plus a potential authorized total of shares to be sold of a pre-split number of around 470 million. Just in late 2003/ early 2004 the company was afforded 400 mil shares to sell. Look at what the share price did in that instance. The company went through those shares over about 2 years as the share price plummeted. It appears that most of those shares were sold for about .01, and again, the share price sits around the same price as when the bulk of those shares were sold. Deja Vu? Well, it appears that the market believes so, unless you want to argue with the market. Anybody who thinks that the share price is down due to shareholders complaining is, well, rather shallow of mind, me thinks.
