Wow, I thought I was dramatic...but the last 5 posts have to be about the most knuckleheaded posts ever....

Series B preferred shares have a ratio equivalence to common stock shares...differences they are held by insiders, can't be converted without filings and can be used to pay off debt or expand (at which time they'd add to the float).

They've been there from the inception of GS Carbon Corporation...Kevin Kreisler used to hold them and they were passed on to Tom S.....they are not part of the O/S as Common Stock...

Do your homework before you guys post....
