How can you justify not paying off DEBT right now?

Tell me. I'm all ears but it will seriously weaken currently shareholder value.

UNLESS he and his cronies are scooping the stock and these need this "dilution"?

And don't give me that "us shareholders are better served having the money used for acquisitions, etc. That's hogwash!
