OK, so if it's actually the BMG suit that somehow suddenly put on hold all of those deals and excitement that were due at the "end-of-July", then this company is actually DEAD unless BMG drops the suit. Is that correct? Did ALL of the start-ups who had agreed to hire Amergence or be acquired by Amergence at the end of July head for the hills when they heard about the BMG suit? If they're ALL gone, then we're DEAD. If that's the case, then let's all just admit it and move on. Can we all admit that?
