A while back there were about 125 million shares being traded at about 20-30 cent range. NWOG then started putting in shares into the market and before we knew it the SP started to dip more and more. No one knew why until NWOG revealed that the share count went up 1/2 billion shares. They are trying to correct this buy buying back.
