JP, I have talked to him about it, weeks ago. Michael's personal eMail address is in my address book. He told me what they were doing and I accepted the fact that these things happen, this is the second upgrade in a short period and the fast growth may have caught him a bit off-guard.

BUT, enough is enough. The time is past when this should have been finished and the website is miserable to navigate now.

This is a two edged sword, ...the reason that the site is so slow is because it is PACKED WITH USERS AT THE SAME MOMENT, ...ALL DAY LONG. That's great !! But they won't stay long and won't be back to "try again" if this continues. (some are already gone forever)

Momentum HAS been LOST. Do the math!!! How quickly were people signing up two weeks ago and how quickly are they signing up today?? The difference is in the performance of the website. When the website IS YOUR PRODUCT, then it deserves the utmost attention.

I don't apologize for my attitude at the moment, this is terrible and was completely avoidable.
