As I have said before...Get 'em Captain...Some of Us with tenacity and stubborness and healthy anger and the 'right' legal backing "need" to do stuff like that and get to the "truth" (what a concept, huh?!!)...went through it for a 2 1/2 year haul on one myself...homeowner's took a $10,000 gamble with a Laywer friend to beat Me outta $60,000...and I won...and Builder's don't win in court...beautiful home too...or estate I should say : )

Someone's gotta right what is really wrong...might just as well be US!!!
