1) somekind of debt financing agreement with a local kentucky bank...

2) which would enable the official end to the ggi agreement, if it's possible to end that agreement??

3) exponential sub growth each & every qtr for the next several qtrs, starting with the 9/30/07 qtr....(with the help of some form of regional/national ad campaign)

4) another agreement with a big named client....similar to the cc agreement, EXCEPT for the fact that we are now ready for such an agreement...with more marketing behind it....
