If you were a lender or stock buyer would you take a possiton now kowing that the current manager did not follow channels to obtain a new managment contract? Instead he used threats to attempt to gain control of the company. The only way AMEP can see an increase in SP is to remove CB and his staff. AS soon as the vote is over an action should be implemented to remove them and the BOD.
