I am still a large shareholder for about 1 1/2 years average cost $1.15 recently bought more @ $5.60
The "dell thing" is a major change with the company.
i have spoke with Mr Woo cfo 3 times during the past 3 months.
From our conversation- unless he misunderstood me 06 rev was over $500 million -- this of course would make sense because of the higher prices for copper!
Back in 03 they earned around $10 million on $300 million- one of the last filings.
All the lawsuit have been dropped and fraud was unfounded according to Woo.
No additional shares outstanding-in last filing including dell purchase--talks about becoming fully reporting again and listing on nasdaq or nyse and international exchange- see within filings.
peers trade at 15x
Assume that earnings should be atleast 15 to 20 million this results in $1.00/sh -$1.50 for 06--even @ a pe of 10 this is a $10.00-$15.00 stock.
As you recall during the annual meeting last August of 06 management said that they has over $30 million in cash on hand.

For a stock that has not reported for 3 years and making new high when the rest of the market is tubing--this is extremely bullish.
Dell did all the research for use- he put 13 million in this issue by visiting the company and research the biz--don't short change yourself!
Volume continues to increase with little news and higher highs

I think this stock doubles from here-I just hope that I can hang in there.

Think about it no filings in three years but the stock makes new highs--smart money is paying over $7.00/sh--these people are looking for a major move. annual meeting in one month--proxy material is being mailed should contain important information!
