Didn't even know that. One would think that Hackett's owns it's store because of the date of foundation. You would think that they grew slower over all these years because they bought property. That goes back to a former mindset where you want to own the property you're using.
Who knows maybe it's the other way around but nice find none-the-less.
I sure would like to see the Audited Financials and peek inside the mystery of Hacketts!
