Most of the time when dealing with
stocks such as SLJB, one does not frequently
get an "official Position" from the comapany.
This is especially true with sulja. The company has
had trading of it's stock halted in Ontario
and they are currently being investigated by the OSC.
Now, with a stock like SLJB there could very well be a
lot going on with the company of which many shareholders are unaware. The company could easily be increasing revenues and expanding without PRing any such information.
In Sulja's case, It appears that the company's lawyers
have told them to keep quiet while the OSC investigation
is pending. It also has been made apparent by the company that
we should not rely on prior PRs (note:they did not say PRs were false). Again, the comapny is clearly complying with the wishes
of the OSC, their lawyers and possibly the SEC.
As the investigation proceeds Sulja has been exhibiting
excellent behavior. They did issue a few PRs to let shareholders know that the company is moving forward
with expansion into three other cities. The first of these three moves is almost completed (Calgary).
Although Sulja did not PR this, many believe that Sulja
will be financing these moves with cash flow.
That indicates that the company has a significant revenue
stream and a srong desire to rapidly expand into stronger markets.
Some are wondering about the AF report. Although we have not been given an official report regarding this issue, unofficial statements by Leslie and Mr. Sulja are in support of the AFs being released soon. The key figure many will be looking for is earnings. I have heard a wide range of estimates from negative
numbers to estimates as high as 15 million. I really do not know what the report will hold in terms of numbers but, my feeling is that the AFs will at least be a base for forward projections that many believe will be impressive.
Now, do we have completed cement deals? I still do not know but
the unofficial info out there demonstates that Sulja is actively
working on at least one prior deal.
So, in conclusion I would like to say that I have high expectations for SULJA. I believe that the OSC halt will be terminated and the AFs will be out soon. After that we will be flooded with a persistent flow of PRs that will give us all
the company's "official Position." I think that "official
position" will be outstanding!!
