Thoughts from a poster titled "TGraham" on "StockWire" (8/2/07)...

"Hey everyone thought it was time to start a new topic, two pages is about all we need. So lets pick it up here and see what sticks to the wall. Blue, it has been my experience that becasue there is so much minipulation and NSS in penny land that the charts are more for the MM to suck us into believing that things are going to happen. Plus this stock is still got a ton of investors confused as to its origin. I still read on many boards where people keep comparing what is happening now to what GSCR did 3, 4 or six months ago. And because the symbol is the same it makes long term charts bogus, because we are not the same company. So my advice is to look at the chart but be sure to take into account that we are still evolving. Wrinkles, just who is going to get you off that pot, becasue you dont appear to be able to do it your self."

"As to where this will head it is my opinion that once we get the name & symbol change and can leave the old GSCR baggage behind us we will go to 2 or 3 cents. We will have a very large influx of investors who will come on board thinking they just found a new "company" and will want a piece of that action. Then once the audits of Wise Buys and Hacketts is completed and I have been told to expect profits somewhere in the range of one million for the both of them we will get a good spike off of that. Then as Seaway Capitol begins to add other companys to the company (Seaway is a holding company) the price will continue to incerase and by Feb of 08 I see a dollar. Now that is just my leave out all of the details version of where I think it will go. I realize that many people will not see it this way and can and will have very good arguments as to why it wont. But that will be their opinions and you now have mine as requested by that little kid sitting on the can. TG"

"I would think a 8-K will be filed to inform all as to how this will go down. I looked at the companys and the one The Oxbridge Group is an all female investment firm. I would say that Toms sister and N.Y Assembly Women DeDe had her hand in setting this up. I am very ok with that. I would say that Polliesboy assessment of the financing is the way it will go. I dont look for any dilution to come out of this deal. So for me its a good thing. PPS right now is just your typical penny stock, flippers, shorts NSS and dilution from Cornell, so when all of that settles and the financials for both Wise Buys and Hacketts is released later this month we will see what kind of legs this horse has, is she a stakes racer or just a claimer. Me my money is on a Stakes Racer of coars. TG"

"Jim sorry I should have gone back and restated my post on the giddy for this Friday, I was confident that the name and symbol change would be done by then. I have since found out that the paper work has been filed but there is a 20 day waiting period before anything can be announced. As for that not having an effect, well if you have naked shorted this stock you are screwed and will be trying to cove like mad when that pre announcement comes out. The second thing is that a lot of people assume that the entire stock buying world lives on message boards, so they would know about this happening. Not ture, I have been a day trader for over 4 years and have only been on message boards for a little over a year now. I find most of my stocks thru filings and alerts and news releases. So if I was to see a new symbol when I check the new and changed symbols on the OTCBB web site and the Nas. and the NYSE I would see this and then do some DD and buy it. There is also a boat load of money on ths side line for this stock. Here is how I know that. On June 22 Green shift announced that GSCR would be sold to Seaway Capitol as a Reverse Merger Shell stock. It ran up in 24 hours from .0070 to .06. Then all the smart money did their DD saw the Cornell capitol issue, what Seaway had to do to still get Wise buys and Hacketts into the shell and then to do the name and symbol change. So the quick money pulled out and is now waiting for all of it to get done. So yes this will run with the name and symbol change and with the financials that a PR said would be released sometime in August. Me I want to load up while its still sub penny so I can make enough to sell 2/3 of it and hang on to a 1/3 that will be there for a few years growing. But then that is just me and everyone has to invest the way that suits them best. TG

"For those who care about such things here are some numbers for you. The O/S is now just a shade over 336,000,000 so based on that number, given out by the TA by the way so I know it accurate, Cornell has about 30 million shares left to convert. At the rate they are converting, calling the TA once a week and getting the new O/S and calculating how much it goes up each time tell us how many shares Cornell has conveted. If you go back to the 8-K you will see where Seaway Capitol gave us the total number Cornell had left to convert. So using that number, the numbers from the TA we can come up with approx. 30 million left. Now using the calendar and if they continue to convert at the same rate they have for the past two weeks they should be done in about 1 1/2 weeks or right around Aug. 16. There will be a press release stating that they are done and then Seaway Will file a 8-K with the SEC to make that official. That will be one of the trigger points for the stock to begin moving up. After that we get the name and then we get the symbol change. They do not happen at the same time. Name change comes from Deleware where the company is incorporated and the symbol come seperate from from that. Then the financials for Wise Buys and Hacketts are released and valla you have your new Seaway Valley Capitol off and running. All should be done one or around Sept. 1st and of coarse all IMO..TG"
