From February thru Friday (5 months), it has established support 2 clicks up. That said, MACDs, Acc/Dist, & CMF seem to indicate money flowing in (albeit slow) and I would guess its due to expected news here. I think the rest of the indicators are simply reflecting the sideways movement like penny pointed out.
