Need Seaway to Pay-Off Cornell debt.
That way there is no more dilution.

Pay the penalty for the pay-off, and get rid of them.

Sooner the Better.
It's cheaper to pay off loan than have to do a buyback later.

Paying off that loan will keep 90 Million shares or so out of play. Right?
