Because (Possibly) the buy-out is a farce and only designed to stall matters until TFN is launched in the USA....

If ever I saw a pump and dump scenario it was when SW released a buy-out PR then was interviewed on Traders Nation radio...the volume was off the charts and the pps was climbing UNTIL....he mentioned the OS and Float! Nice cover for dumping lots of shares!
