I have a question because I'm not exactly sure how this whole buy-back thing would affect the pps. If Frank is buying on the bid and people are selling on the bid, wouldn't that itself cause the pps to go down gradually? Especially if majority of people had already bought prior to the buy-back announcement, there isn't enough buying pressure being put on the ask to offset the bid. Is this what could be happening? Please explain, I'm just trying to understand this.
