Good time for USXP, it's time to going up. When the DOW & NASDAQ sinking like last week and this week, The hedge fund lost too much moneys so they have to buy heavely on the subpenny market. When those funds buy USXP, the pps for USXP will be surging to the pennyland in no time.
Also want to mention the daily trade volumes for USXP were low compared to few weeks ago, that's a good sight. Looks like the MM'S afraid to naked short USXP for this week, that's why the volumes much less than normal.
