Good job Mach on speaking with Bob Dillon. As you say, he is very careful of what he says and while one tries to get a clue from him it shows IMO how lucky we are to have him as he don't _ee a drop! As to authorized shares, that number will be public per Rule 144/whatever (Eagle this is where you are the man) at the prescribed time. All who have Restricted/Convertible shs. A,B etc. will automatically be converted? (Help me Eagle I'm dieing here!) Regardless of number of finally converted shares, most will still be in the hands of officers, directors, perhaps keeping for sale common stock numbers very low. We have all in place IMO and the near term should be interesting. Eagle bail me out on Rule 144, or whatever it is that controls restricted stock after two yrs.?? Doodlerose
