PBLS has raised the authorized share count to 2.5 billion but once again we do not know if they were issued and sold or not. We have digested the worst case scenario and the share price is reflecting that position.
Hopefully, Monday will clarify the issued share count, and we may be pleasantly or ecstatically surprised.
In any case we are doing quite well under the worst case scenario.
It appears that we have crossed the line of looking for pieces of the ever changing puzzle to seeing a clear picture of the future.
The next two weeks before the August 15 date for providing complete information to be compliant with Pink Sheets current information tier should be profitable.
