Does anyone care about the share distribution of the spin off company Winsted Aquisition Inc. It sounds pretty good to me, I bought some shares today at .0004. The only thing I was wondering was, if there is a cut off date of when you had to own shares to get shares of the spin off co. Hey it's like free money especially if it starts trading on the pink sheets, which according to the pr they will try to get trading status. JMO
