The ruling was clear and concise there was no opinion and quite frankly not very good news. The only thing that could turn this around would be for the courts to uphold the 700 million dollar finding from the jury and order immediate payment. The best think we could hope for on that front would be a settlement and after this ruling don't hold your breathe.
