Here is what I think is going on (JMHO):
As alopex just reported, it seems I was right on my earlier hunch.

Since the price of securities have declined, they need bigger number of shares as a collateral. For RSHN to finance the Georgia plant (w/partners?), they have to pledge collateral. The price of the securities have fallen so increase the A/S. As alopex reported, the ARE trying and WILL move to the OTCBB in the near future. This has been reported by many here so no need to repeat what we know and heard. The pledge does not mean they will ever use that securities. Also, as Corr said, the move will replace old securities and we will know exactly what the restricted amount is when they move to OTCBB.

Just because the A/S has been increased, IT DOES NOT PROVE that there is dilution. I don’t have time to argue with people here so please don’t reply to me. You can believe what you want but to me it is clear. People like Microcap_guy has HUGE position. If they even try to get out of little bit, it causes a panic since most of the time they will hit a bid if they want to get out fast. Our regular volume is not big enough for these guys to load a order to be taken out. Once someone (customers) loads a order, it is not hidden. MM can load hidden orders depending on the network. I am not sure how the OTCBB and Pink Sheets work but I can tell you how the NYSE and AMEX works. If you are on the INET or ARCA network, they can load hidden orders that execute when the price is on Level 1. Once these hidden orders execute, the trades report to the tape. That is why you see each MM have about 5000 share size showing on the Bid/Ask. That is minimum set by the exchange depending on the price of the shares.

I don’t believe the company is diluting. Last couple of days has been couple of guys getting out. It is up to you to believe what you want. The bashing crew has been working this board very hard the last couple of days and frankly I don’t have the time and energy required to argue with anyone. Company is expanding the sales are increasing.
