easyultra - thanks for the response. I know American civil engineers have been in Vietnam within the last 15 years. American businesses are upgrading the infrastruture in Vietnam. First came the oil companies (offshore), next came the textile industries (near the ports). With big-businesses setting up operations, this creates a HUGE opportunity for any entrepreneurs.
