just talked with the IR for ARES.........

First, I apologize for not showing my face around here for a couple of days.
I've been having some major computer and ISP problems and am currently shopping for a new ISP.....hint hint....:)

Late last week I received a card in the mail from ARES,(Ameriresources Tecnnologies Inc.), saying they had important news..

This little snail-mail campaign seems to have worked. The PPS is up about 100% in the past week.

Two things; They are within a week of closing on the EagleRider acquisition.
EagleRider, for lack of a better description, is a Rent-A-Hog motorcycle retailer with over 30 brick and mortar locations in the US.
This acquisition should bring significant revenue to ARES.

Second; They are offering a private placement of 1-yr restricted stock at .005.
That's more than 50% less than the currant PPS.
The catch is, they have a $5000.00 minimum,(1M shares)
