Interesting defense you bring up on this "new" shell scam..

True BUT the fact is that everybody on this board knows that IBAC was a scam because the previous shareholders of IBAC, who lost their money in that scam , have been the information source here!!!!

FACT is that the name op Prime Restaurant is deceiving , surely intentional, as there is a REAL Prime Restaurant corporation in Canada and hence this is a clear trademark "highjacking " to scam
gullible investors into believing that it is an international company doing business here!! LOL
