The consensus shows $(0.88) loss expectation for this year. AMD clearly stated yesterday on CC that they will be profitable this year. I'm afraid those analysts are just not tracking stocks they are supposed to cover. I don't accuse in any wrong intentions, I think they just don't pay attention, maybe having more interesting things to do?

The flash business is based on long-term contracts. It is clear that AMD can operate break-even on flash for this year, no matter what. Its cpu business has many unresolved questions, but suppose the worst, let assume the 90 will not come this year. Didn't they just demonstrated that 130 nm is enough to be, at worst, break-even business? I think any expectation below break-even for this year is ignorance. Unless major war happens or things like that.
