Opening the ISX is basically impossible, at least on the level that people are thinking simply because there is no way they will sell their country that short when they are able to control hurting themselves. The value of the dinar become very important when considering a stock exchange and both private and public trading companies. The Iraqis have a way of shooting everyone in the foot including themselves but to open the ISX to foreign trading with no real value placed to the value of the US dollar is pure suicide.
