jking, I dont take your posts as harsh. You have the ability to get your point across in a dignified way and that is appreciated.No name calling, no throwing it in peoples faces, no bashing of shareholders. That why I respect your posts and as to why I still believe, a couple reasons 1) I'm a shareholder (modest, but a shareholder). 2) For literally years people have told me that "NSS do not exist" "FTD's only happen once in a great while through typo's and such" , "It's always the company's fault if a company fails" .Now we are finding out that these statements are false according to the SEC. So while I have no delusions that USXP is in trouble ,I do feel that Altomare and Gunderson were not the "only" problem's associated with this mess. Did you see the newest charges against 2 individuals who caused FTD's at Overstock?
