The excerpt i posted is quite relevant.

Please go back and read the excerpt and notice that... "such as" appears right before "advance warnings of earnings results".

"I just consider it a cryptic use of ambiguity to post something the way you did..."

There is nothing "cryptic" about my post. You failed to comprehend the WHOLE regulation.
