I never said Keith did or did not violate anything, im just making the point for clarification purposes since this is a hot topic. You can be your own judge.

The regulation covers more than "advanced warning of earning results". It covers everything MATERIAL that can or will effect the stock, both positive or negative, that is not disseminated to EVERYONE at the same time.

Emails are "selective" dissemination and should not be a venue for material non public info.
