Tom, you are most welcome.

You may correspond with me anytime you wish on getting my feedback to the Canadian marketplace but I will not have any information on the business of Reliant as I have left as you know.

I wish you the best,

Boyd

Boyd Soussana, thank you for your response. I was looking for the company's commitment and you have seemed to provide me with that reassurance. I understand the sub-prime spill over but, did not realize the percentage of population in proximity to the U.S. Now that I think about it, that make sense. Stake holders' response is encouraging. Your attitude that Reliant will be significant player in the Canadian Marketplace is reassuring. Thank you for the information you have provided. If possible, I would like to correspond with you again. Sincerely, Tom

Hi Tom, sorry about the delay in getting back to you, but I was traveling all day yesterday.

First I want to thank you for your email and then apologize for Steve Hamilton not getting back to you as of me writing you this email; he may be away as well.

I want to reassure you that Reliant is still on its mission to provide the CDN marketplace with a unique product suite and has had a great deal of positive response from all of its stakeholders. Unfortunately the spill over of the sub prime melt down in the US has many of the key securitizers in Canada looking for ever increasing guarantees, even though we are not facing a similar situation in Canada and of which Reliant is attempting to solidify.

Demographically speaking 90% of all Canadians live within 45 minutes of the US border and as such we receive more US news than we do Canadian and sometimes our perceptions are adversely affected by such US news items, this is the situation that we are in currently, perception is reality and Reliant is dealing with the situation as best as it can.

I can’t say much more than that and I know it doesn’t provide you with much comfort, but I am confident still that Reliant will be a significant player in the Canadian Marketplace in the future.

Regards,

Boyd Soussana

Sousanna Boyd, I'm sorry to hear that you have resigned from Reliant. I am heavily invested in Reliant and was wondering if you would please offer any information as to the direction of Reliant, good or bad. I have emailed Clipper and they directed me to Steve Hamilton. No response at this time. I beg of you to please offer any information that you can. Thank you for help in this manner. Respectfully, Tom
