Hiya jking, certainly an interesting response from the SEC however a couple points. That poster was saying they were getting evicted ,so no he hasnt been proven to be correct. As for being in arrears in their rent, How far behind are they 5 days, 5 weeks,or 5 years, or 5 hours. The SEC does not elaborate. Gunderson and Altomare said in their answer that they are not in arrears. Why is the SEC contacting the lessors anyway and what did the SEC say to them? What information did they impart to the lessors to make them give up any information with regard to their clients? This could be contrued as harrassment in it's barest form but harrassment none the less.If they are calling the lessors ,could they actually stoop low enough to call potential and standing clients to inform them as to the ongoing investigation and to "inadvertantly" scare them into not doing business with USXP as Altomare has stated? If they were found not in arrears would they have stated that? Of course not.
