NorthLion, you may be correct and probably are, but what is the potential of the other side happening like they can't get sorted out on what shares are legal and which ones not legal? Would it be shades of PKTO or some such? I was really excited about the company until all of this garbage about the 504 showed up. I still have a very small position left and it is up for sale and I also have a great deal of hope that it turns out to the better for all of you. One can always buy back in...GL
