I agree with that statement.
However I want the guy to just get a loan/line of credit, pay the buyout penalty and screw over Cornell.

Just take out a simple BANK Loan. You don't think that Hackett's had a line of credit with the Local Banks all these years?

Once CORNELL is OUT, Fresh money will flock to this.
Until then it's scared money.
