For all you chart lovers out there:
The pattern that has been developing over the last 3 weeks is called a descending triangle. It is a temporary pause in the primary trend which is down. It is characterized by lower highs, a flat bottom and diminishing volume.. This is a tricky pattern for the novice because they see the flat bottom as support which it definately isnt. You will also notice that right before the start of this three week period from about 6/10 to 7/1 there was a 50% drop is pps on greater than average volume. This is characteristic of what happens just before the start of a descending triangle. More often than not the pattern is resloved to the downside. IMO this pattern will be resolved shortly. (Next 2 weeks)
