I did not think they were a scam when they claimed the company they purchased for under 150K worth of stock (which doesn't match the 10KSB filing as to their current relationship) did 14 Million dollars a year. A "production" company with 10 odd shows of which only one actually airs on a local paid programming slot, in which they sell (or attempt to sell) overpriced advertisements (scuze me "sponsorship" spots), to a few mental r-tards, who apparently have more money then brains. These worthless media properties they hold, in which they claimed have "gone live" (when selling advertising), are only in "production" when filing formal SEC documents. Strange.

Funny how both BHWF site and MaximpactTv.com, both have all website copy as JPEG's (not a single word or letter)and "no archive" in the source code (not even a single bit of meta data), not that there is anything to archive, in order not to be indexed. I never saw a media company that doesn't want their website to be popular. I wonder why that is. Perhaps they are shy.

I love their press releases though, all the "concepts" they claim have signed agreements for, are probably the stupidest concepts on the face of this planet, and even if the releases weren't riddled with deception throughout, who would even buy into such concepts? Funny thing about the press releases they stopped making it to their investors relations part of their site. I guess they can claim ignorance if ever confronted about these "lies"

Is this the part I am supposed to say, IMO?
